Les Mills – the Global Leader in Group Fitness Conducts the Biggest Fitness Party of the Year at the Expo 2020 Sports Arena

Fitness enthusiasts in Dubai were in for a delight during the weekend as Les Mills – the global leader in group fitness – conducted its signature event – the Les Mills Live at the Expo 2020 Sports Arena. Attended by more than 3000 participants, the event went on from 10am to 10pm and included a variety of exciting sessions that were led by international fitness experts.

With some incredible workouts, inspiring instructors, epic music, and amazing energy, the event provided participants the opportunity to workout alongside several other fitness fans once again, after the global pandemic had led to the halt of such public events. Some of the sessions at the event included BODYPUMP, BODYSTEP, LES MILLS CORE, BODYCOMBAT, BODYATTACK, BODYBALANCE, and many more!

The event was a massive effort by Les Mills to encourage people to exercise, stay fit and eat healthy. In the past, Les Mills Live has attracted thousands of participants, making the classes and top trainers accessible to a wide range of people.
