Samsung Gulf Electronics has revealed that the Galaxy S21 Series 5G pre-order phase was a huge success in the UAE. Ensuring consumers can register their interest for new devices in advance of official market availability is a long-standing brand tradition, one that has yielded newfound success once again. Between January 14 and February 4, pre-orders increased by 56 percent compared to 2020 when the previous generation was released, with the Galaxy S21 Ultra accounting for 65 percent of the total demand.

“The response from UAE consumers during the initial rollout was even more encouraging”, said Osman Albora, Senior Director – Mobile Division, Samsung Gulf Electronics. “An increase of 56 percent compared to the same time in 2020 shows that we are doing the right things and reaffirms customer-centric approaches really do work in the world of tech and innovation. We are delighted with the Galaxy S21 Series 5G’s reception nationwide, and we look forward to consumers making everyday moments much more epic with their new devices over the coming period.”

Comprising the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, and Galaxy S21 Ultra, the all-new flagship suite empowers fans to share their world and connect with the things and people that matter most. Boasting pro-grade camera and video capabilities, premium viewing and connectivity experiences, and a bold and iconic design, the innovative devices have been introduced to change everything.
