Join the Greatest Sporting Event – The KidZania Games at KidZania Kuwait

The exciting kid-sized metropolis in Kuwait, kicks off its much-awaited KidZania Games Program in partnership with Kinder Chocolate and Kinder Joy. Children can now engage in a series of fun and challenging sports activities designed to encourage participation in indoor sports and various sporting disciplines.

The five-week program that runs until 26 October 2019, will feature a combination of innovative sports activities including torch relay, foam archery, foam weightlifting, rhythmic gymnastics for girls, basketball and football fields that are filled with fun and are extremely engaging and super exciting. The interactive setting will test the participants coordination and team-work skills, as well as their ability to remain patient while completing the task in each activity.

All enterants get a Points Card along with the Games Pass. For every activity they complete, they will receive a KZ stamp on their card which they will need to carry along at every visit. Winners will be chosen based on the card having the maximum number of visits and points. The visitor with maximum visits and points will be awarded KZ Games All Star 2019 (GOLD MEDAL). Consequitive winners will be awarded the KZ Games Silver Star 1st Runner Up Player ( SILVER MEDAL) and KZ Games  Shining Star 2nd Runner Up Player (BRONZE MEDAL) based on number of visits and points collected. Pass holders who successfully complete six games and collect stamps for each of them win a certificate of participation as well as a gift from Kinder Chocolate.

Commenting on the program, Fernando Medroa, Vice President of Leisure and Entertainment at Alshaya Group said: “We host the KidZania Games Program annually as we aim to reinforce the importance of sports in a child’s holistic development. Children today are faced with numerous barriers that hinder them from engaging in sports such as digital distractions, lack of safe play places, and fear of trying. We not only address these challenges by highlighting sports as a means to get kids active but also to teach significant life lessons that help them develop character-forming values.”

At the end of the program, KidZania will host a medal distribution ceremony that will be attended by dignitaries from Kinder, KidZania Management, VIPs and PaZZport holders.

KidZania Games provides an ideal mix of learning, entertainment, fun, and physical activity in an interactive environment. The program is combined with learning in a way that aids kids mental, physical and social skills.
