Lush believes that now, more than ever, bar soaps are key to keeping ourselves protected from bacteria. This summer the brand launches an exciting collection of new bar soaps that will keep you squeaky clean and fragrant all day long.
Solid soap is alkaline which is self-preserving, which means that the product preserves itself creating an environment where bacteria cannot grow, without the need of synthetic preservatives. Solid soap also has a no-nonsense method of washing away or killing bacteria.
In the Lush formulae, they make a pourable soap where the soap is between thirty-five and forty five percent. This enables the brand to get the benefits of soap and other ingredients. Lush maintains an ethical manufacturing process for their soaps which feature many natural oils and ingredients such as calamine, rapeseed, various herbs, lemon juice, figs, vegetable oil and so on.
The brand also uses a palm-free soap base to avoid using palm oil and focus their budget on purchasing fresh fruit, exquisite natural scents, sea salt, oatmeal and flowers, to name but a few.
The range will include the Bohemian, a mind-clearing lemon soap with glycerine, perfect for balancing oils and dryness in the summer heat. Lushies will also see the popular caramel-scented Honey I Washed The Kids, packed with English honey, sweet orange and bergamot oil. Customers will also find the glossy, moisturizing Ro’s Argan soap, featuring a smooth and fruity Rose Jam perfume, antioxidant-rich argan oil, soothing rose oil and hydrating glycerine.
All new soap products will be available online on the Lush MENA website.
