Global technology leader Xiaomi today announced the launch of Redmi Note 8 Series Smartphones at the launch event held at the Address Hotel, Downtown Dubai. Redmi Note 8 Pro Redmi Note 8, Redmi 8 and Redmi 8A were introduced to the attendees of the event which included Xiaomi team from UAE and China and their distribution and retail partners. Also introduced at the launch was Mi Wireless Car Charger for those on the move.
One of the highlights of the launch was Redmi Note 8 Pro which comes with best-in-class Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 665 mobile platform, 2GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio G90T gaming processor paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Redmi Note 8 Pro is also packed with the brand’s first-ever 64MP quad camera making it an ideal companion for photographers, gamers and anyone seeking an accessible flagship-quality experience.
Also introduced at the launch was Redmi Note 8, a photography powerhouse with a quad-camera setup, 6.39-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080×2340 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. Redmi Note 8 packs the power of octa-core Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 665 processor 4GB of RAM and comes with Android 9 Pie and 4000mAh non-removable battery supporting Xiaomi’s proprietary fast charging.

The Redmi Note 8 series phones are available in three colors. Redmi Note 8 Pro comes in Mineral Gray, Pearl White and Forest Green color while The Redmi Note 8 comes in Space Black, Neptune Blue, and Moonlight White. Whereas the Redmi 8 comes color variants of Onxy Black, Sapphire Blue and Ruby Red and Redmi 8A is available in Midnight Black, Ocean Blue, and Sunset Red.
