The Iftar and Suhoor delicacies have been curated by some of the best and most talented chefs including Chef Georges Rahme from Lebanon, who serves as a Cluster Executive Sous Chef, Chef Chadi Abou Fakher, the reputable Arabic Pastry Chef from Syria, and Chef Mahmoud Bayoumi from Egypt, who holds the position of Head Chef of Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Festival City.

InterContinental Dubai Festival City’s lavish Iftar at Anise, which is well-known and a favourite in Dubai, will feature the finest selection of authentic Arabian delicacies from Levantine and North Africa as well as international favourites with weekly culinary highlights. Eight interactive live cooking stations are offering Thai, Indian, Japanese, Levantine, and Arabic cuisine cooked à la minute with locally sourced ingredients putting high emphasis on organic produce. Guests will have a chance to tantalise taste buds with Ouzi, a braised whole lamb, authentic Saj bread by ‘Mama Jamal’ which goes back to 48 years of experience with bread making based on inherited traditional methods passed on to generations from mother and grandmother, the famous homemade Arabic pastries by Chef Chadi Abou Fakher, and Arabic flavoured ice cream to name just a few of the highlights.
