The handover process is expected to conclude by the end of Q1 2024.
Located in the award-winning Hessah District, the launch of this important milestone follows the completion of the water and sanitation infrastructure and delivery of permanent electricity to the District’s main power station by the responsible governmental bodies. The first stage of the handover encompasses snagging and commissioning and involves the residential unit owners visiting the towers to inspect and evaluate their units.
