STARZPLAY BRINGS TEN HORROR AND HALLOWEEN TITLES TO VIEWERS THIS OCTOBER

Exclusive series Hell Motel headlines the Halloween weekend with all eight episodes available on 31 October

United Arab Emirates, 31 October 2026 – STARZPLAY is marking Halloween with a collection of ten horror and seasonal titles, bringing together exclusive premieres, returning favourites and supernatural comedy for audiences across the region. Leading the Halloween weekend is Hell Motel, which launches exclusively on STARZPLAY on 31 October, with all eight episodes available to stream at once.

From the creators of Slasher and starring Emmy winner Eric McCormack, Hell Motel follows ten true crime enthusiasts invited to the reopening of the Cold River Motel, the scene of an unsolved massacre three decades earlier. When the guests become stranded, the past begins to repeat itself as they are targeted one by one, setting the stage for a Halloween night marathon.

The weekend also sees the exclusive premiere of Dolly on 30 October, featuring wrestler Max the Impaler in the title role, followed by The Red Mask on 31 October, combining action and horror. Together, the releases build on a month of programming spanning psychological suspense, slasher films and lighter seasonal viewing.

Among the exclusive film premieres, Consecration arrived on 29 October, starring Jena Malone and Danny Huston and directed by Christopher Smith, whose credits include Triangle and Creep. I Live Here Now, featuring Lucy Fry, Madeline Brewer and Matt Rife, has been streaming exclusively since 2 October, while Pitfall, starring UFC Hall of Famer Randy Couture as the killer, premiered exclusively on 23 October.

For fans of established horror franchises, the Saw Movie Collection has been available since 1 October, bringing together films I to VII and Tobin Bell’s chilling portrayal of Jigsaw. Viewers can also discover The Terror anthology through a first episode available to watch free from 22 October. Executive produced by Ridley Scott, the anthology features Jared Harris and Ciarán Hinds in its original series and Dan Stevens in Devil in Silver.

The seasonal offering also includes lighter entertainment, with the Spooky Stories children’s Halloween collection available since 9 October. Ghosts: Halloween Special, starring Rose McIver and Utkarsh Ambudkar, joins the lineup on 30 October, the same day as its US release, adding supernatural comedy to the Halloween selection.

The collection brings a range of Halloween viewing choices together on STARZPLAY, from gentle seasonal stories to more intense horror for adult audiences. Horror titles are available with English and Arabic subtitles.

Viewers can explore the Halloween collection through the STARZPLAY app or at starzplay.com, with Hell Motel and The Red Mask joining the lineup on 31 October.
