17 September event will introduce practical professional training for UAE businesses
Dubai, UAE, 16 September 2026: Panspectrum Training Solutions LLC FZ will mark its official launch on Thursday, 17 September 2026, at voco Dubai on Sheikh Zayed Road. The event will introduce the Dubai-based company’s professional development programmes for individuals, corporate teams and small and medium-sized enterprises.

H.E. Dr. Mohammed Saeed Al Kindy, former UAE Minister of Environment and Water, will deliver the chief guest address and formally inaugurate the company through a ribbon cutting and the unveiling of a commemorative plaque. Ambassador Laila El Aftani, Founder and CEO of Woman Business Circle, Business Gate Circle and I Am Africa, will deliver a congratulatory address.

Founded by Dr. Govind Rao and Karina Szenasi, Panspectrum focuses on learning that participants can apply at work.
