Ras Al Khaimah, Wednesday, 16th September, 2026: Seeking to enhance economic, trade and investment joint relations between the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and the Republic of Turkey, Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce and Industry signed a cooperation agreement with the Turkish Enterprise and Business Confederation (TÜRKONFED) International. The agreement was signed by H. E Mohamed Mosbbeh Al Nuaimi, Chairman, Ras Al Khaimah Chamber and Süleyman Sönmez, President of TÜRKONFED, in presence of Yaser Abdullah Al Ahmed, Chief Government & Corporate Relations Officer at RAKEZ, Arda Batu, the Secretary-General and a member of the Federation’s Board of Directors.

His Excellency Mohamed Mosbbeh Al Nuaimi emphasized that signing agreement with TÜRKONFED represents a strategic move for the business community in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, as the Federation represents one of the leading non-government and independent non-governmental economic organizations in Türkiye; it represents more than 31 sub-federations and over 300 associations, and more than 100,000 major companies from the various sectors, small and medium enterprises across all the 81 Turkish states. This agreement will contribute to unlocking effective communication channels that serve the business sector, startups as well as small and medium enterprises in the Emirate.
